Just something cute to go with EG's new story "First Aid Knowledge Comes in Handy" [link] Kai twisted his ankle, and Miguel is keeping him from walking on it. That's why his other shoe is off. I suppose he's holding it
 Today was gorgeous and I spent the afternoon outside drawing this. Of course I had no references besides previous drawings so I went with a sort of Kingdom Hearts thing for Miguel's shoes. All I could remember is that they're big.  I really need to learn how to draw Kai's hair properly. He looks too much like Tyson here  Yeah that's all I have to say, other than the most exciting thing to happen today was when I dumped dark blue paint on myself. Oops. Hehe, have fun EG  I tried to do their outfits properly. Next picture I think I'll go crazy. And the cat painting is coming along.Characters belong to Beyblades by Takao Aoki, from Nelvana and VIZ Media, as far as I know. |

This is so cute! Miguel is all smiling and happy, while Kai is all shy and cute! I like Miguel's shoes, actually. I think he has these maroon type boots in the series. Maybe that's he's shorts. I don't look at his feet...

you have so many good stories I would like do pictures from, like the Valentines one where Bryan kidnapped Miguel, that technically I'm way behind
I like the boots too, which is funny because I don't consider myself good at drawing shoes, so I guess I'm getting better. I do have a picture of the Barthez Batallion and at least one screenshot that show Miguel's feet - his shoes match his jacket/vest
